Vanilla Marscapone Stuffed French Toast
Cyprus Grill's Chef Kyle Fowlkes made a brunch with Vanilla Marscapone Stuffed French Toast.
Ingredients:
1 baguette
Vanilla Mascarpone
3 C Mascarpone
3 Ea Fresh Lemon Zest
3 T Vanilla Extract
1½ C Confectioner Sugar
French Toast Mix
2 qt Liquid Egg
1 qt Heavy Cream
4 T Vanilla Extract
4 T Cinnamon
1 qt Powder Sugar
Directions:
Vanilla Mascarpone
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix until fully incorporated. Be sure to not over mix.
French Toast Mix
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Slice baguette in 1 inch sections. Stuff your Vanilla Marsarpone in each section. Dredge each piece through your French Toast Mix and sear in a saute pan. Finish in a 300 degree oven.
