Boardwok House Soup
Ingredients:
4 cups of well prepared Chicken Stock1 small piece of Ginger (optional)
6oz. Flat Rice Stick Noodles
2-3 tbsp Soy
2 tbsp sesame Oil
4-6 oz. of any meats or just the vegetables
2-3 oz. of each, snowpeas, bok choy, nappa, carrots, mushrooms, scallions
Directions:
-Prepare good chicken stock and simmer, add ginger and vegetables (except scallions).-Add noodles and simmer for 3 minutes, let vegetables and noodles continue to cook, when ready to serve top off with sesame oil and scallions.
