Spicy Shrimp & Pork Rice Noodles


BoardWok Restaurant's Kevin Wong made us Spicy Shrimp & Pork Rice Noodles.



Ingredients:

8-10 oz of bean thread noodles (angle hair like)
1- cup well prepared chicken stock
1 tsp of fresh ginger and garlic minced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 tbsp low sodium soy
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dash of white pepper
4-5 oz. of 30-40 shrimp (peeled and deviled)
1 tbsp Sambal (hot chile with garlic)



Vegetables to add: green cabbage, carrots, broccoli, snowpeas, scallion

Directions:

-Soak rice noodles for 3-5 minutes and drain
-Heat pan add oil, ginger, garlic and shrimp
-Continue to add vegetables and chicken stock
-Add noodles and the rest of the ingredients (except sesame oil) and stir fry until noodles and the vegetables soak in all the flavors, add sesame oil and serve.
