Cha MacLaughlin Cooked in Our Kitchen and made us her Healthy Pancakes.
Ingredients:1 cup of dry mix, we use organic Multi-grain Pancake Mix
2/3 cup of cold water
1 tbsp. canola oil
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (use for the blueberry pancakes)
½ cup chocolates chips (use for the chocolate chip pancakes)
½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Directions:-Place dry mix in a bowl. Add the water and oil, stir to blend.
-Stir in either the blueberries or chocolate chips and mix.
-Add the cinnamon and mix.
-Cook on a greased and preheated griddle or skillet over medium heat.
-Flip the pancakes when the edges start to brown and bubbling in the center occurs.
-Serve with honey, or syrup.
