Quick & Easy Cheesy Spinach Dip


Firefighter Frank Vaerewyck made us Quick & Easy Cheesy Spinach Dip for Cook In Our Kitchen week.



Ingredients:

1 10 oz. package of frozen spinach
1 Jar of your favorite 15/16 oz Alfredo sauce
1 tbsp. garlic salt

Directions:

-Heat frozen spinach in a stainless steel sauce pan with 1 inch of water covering the bottom of the pan. Once spinach is hot remove from burner and drain, place spinach back in pot and add Alfredo sauce and garlic salt.
-Heat mixture over med heat until thoroughly and evenly heated, Place in glass bowl and serve with your favorite tortilla chips.
