Ruth's Chris' Signature Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
Crab Cake1/2 Pound Colossal Crab
1 1/2 Pound Backfin Crab
2 1/2 oz. Cracker Meal
1 Cup Egg Mixture
Egg Mixture
Eggs
Mayo
Parsley
Creole Mustard
Blackening Season
Sea Salt
Directions:
Crab CakeLightly toss together both crab meats, with cracker meal. Careful not to break apart Lump Crab. Carefully fold in egg mixture, until well mixed. Portion Cakes and bake at 425 Degrees for 5-7 minutes when ready.
Egg Mixture
Mix Egg and Mayonnaise together until blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
