Gazpacho with Crab Meat

Red Sky Cafe's Wes Stepp drove up from Duck, NC to make us his Gazpacho with Crab Meat.

Ingredients:

Diced tomatoes
Diced Peppers
Diced onions
Corn
V-8 juice
Cilantro
Kosher salt/cracked pepper

Directions:

Combine and top with jumbo lump crab meat.
