Avocado Lump Crab Salad


Red Sky Cafe's Chef Wes Stepp visited from Duck, NC to make us his Avocado Lump Crab Salad.



Ingredients:

Diced fresh avocado
Diced red peppers
Diced tomatoes
Olive oil
Diced Vidalia onion
Chili powder
Kosher salt/cracked pepper
Chilled Jumbo lump crab

Directions:

Fold ingredients together gently and serve as garnish to Red Sky soft shell crab.
