Red Sky Cafe's Chef Wes Stepp visited from Duck, NC to make us his Avocado Lump Crab Salad.
Ingredients:Diced fresh avocado
Diced red peppers
Diced Vidalia onion
Kosher salt/cracked pepper
Chilled Jumbo lump crab
Directions:Fold ingredients together gently and serve as garnish to Red Sky soft shell crab.
