Summer Breeze Salad


Red Sky Cafe's Chef Wes Stepp visited from Duck, NC to make us Summer Breeze Salad.



Ingredients:

2 diced cucumbers
1 diced tomatoes
½ sweet onion
1 tsp olive oil
2 TBSP lime juice
Kosher salt/cracked pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and serve as a salad or topper for fish.
