Low Country Fritatta


Cotton Southern Bistro's Chef Jeff Brown made their Low Country Fritatta.



Ingredients:

Trinity mix (green bells, onions, and celery)
Shrimp
andoullie
3 eggs beaten

Directions:

Sauté trinity, then add shrimp and andoullie.
Add eggs and bake in oven for 5 minutes until eggs set up. Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning and enjoy.
