Rosemary Mint Lamb Chops
The Bachelor Kitchen's Chef Chris Hill showed us how to make Rosemary-Mint Crusted Lamb Chops.
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
finely chopped rosemary, thyme and mint
Directions:-Marinate lamb chops with 2 tbsp. E.V.O.O. for a couple hours or over night with finely chopped rosemary, thyme and mint.
-Heat pan on medium-high with oil from marinade (roughly 2 tbsp), and add lamb chops (should sizzle upon contact).
-Sear chops for 3 minutes on each side, undisturbed and insert pan into oven for 10 minutes (for MR-Med) at 400 degrees.
-Remove from pan and let rest.
