Executive Chef Travis Brust from the Williamsburg Inn stopped by to make Citrus Essence.



Ingredients:

2 OZ OLIVE OIL
4 OZ VEGETABLE OIL
ZEST FORM 1 LEMON
ZEST FROM 1 ORANGE
10 PEPPERCORNS
1 BAY LEAF

Directions:

•Heat all ingredients to 120 degrees F, allow to rest over night, strain.
