Artcafe26's Warm Walnut Cake


Artcafe26's Chef Bernhard Klinger dropped by to create their Warm Walnut Cake.



Ingredients:

½ cup butter
¾ cup sugar
6 egg yolk
2 cups breadcrumbs *
1 cup crushed walnuts
6 egg white
*from fresh, moist white bread

Directions:

Beat the butter with sugar.
Slowly add the egg yolks.
Mix breadcrumbs and nuts together.
Now fold the butter mixture into the Crumbs.
Beat the egg white and gently fold into the mixture.
