Butterscotch Crunchies


Great holiday cookie



Ingredients:

13 oz. bag Butterscotch bits

1 cup salted Virginia Peanuts

2 cups Chow Mein Noodles





Directions:

Melt butterscotch bits over hot water (double boiler if desired)

Remove from heat. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set—about 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
